Welcome to The Unit Studios
“Guaranteed Studio Time Rental Plan”.
So what is
our Guaranteed Studio Time Rental Plan? Simple really. We allocate
you guaranteed Studio Time on the same day or days of the month for
the same 2 or 4 hour period or periods. That time is then allocated
to you and you alone and is guaranteed for your use only. In return
you pay us a regular monthly fee for that guaranteed allocated
Studio Time and at the same time receive a massive 25% discount off
our usual Studio Hire Rates.
So now when
you are booking Models or Clients for a Shoot you have two main
tasks already sorted. Firstly you know that you are available and
secondly you know that you have your Studio Time already arranged
and pre booked to match your availability. All that remains is for
you to arrange for your Models or Clients to be available at the
same time.
So no more
endless ringing around or emailing back and forth to check on Studio
availability to match your own availability. Whilst at the same
liaising with Models or Clients as to their availability and forever
going round in circles and back and forth trying to match up all
three.
It's just like
owning and running your own Photography Studio but without the
ongoing overheads, commitment and hassle.

SAVINGS AND TIME SLOTS.
2 HOUR
SLOTS:
Weekdays
(10-12, 12-2, 2-4 or 4-6). Cost £35pm, saving you £15 on our usual
Hourly Rates.
Weekday
Evenings (6-8, 7-9, 8-10 or 9-11). Cost £45pm, saving you £15 on our
usual Hourly Rates.
Weekends
(9-11, 10-12, 11-1 or 12-2). Cost £45pm, saving you £15 on our usual Hourly
Rates.
4 HOUR
SLOTS:
Weekdays
(10-2 or 2-6). Cost £55pm, saving you £20 on our usual Hourly Rates.
Weekday
Evenings (6-10 or 7-11). Cost £65pm, saving you £25 on our usual
Hourly Rates.
Weekends
(9-1 or 10-2). Cost £65pm, saving you £25 on our usual Hourly Rates.
Please note that the above Time Slots are to a degree
flexible depending on Studio availability and other Bookings.

Q) Can I share my allocated time with another or other
Photographers?
A) Yes.
Q) Can I carry out my own Training Courses and Sessions?
A) Yes.
Q) Can I carry out my own Group Photo Shoots and/or Studio Model Days?
A) Yes. Whether you are a Photographer or a
Model.
Q) Can I book more than one allocated Studio Time in a month?
A) Yes.
Q) If necessary could I occasionally swap my allocated Studio Time
to another
day and/or time?
A) Yes. Subject to Studio Time availability.
Q) Can I let my friends or associates use or sell on my allocated
Studio Time?
A) Yes. Just let us know who to expect.
Q) I have a friend or associate who has his or her own allocated
Studio Time with
you. Can we swap occasionally?
A) Yes. Just let us know who you are swapping
with and when.
Q) Does this work on a calendar monthly basis or a week in the month
basis.
A) It works on a week in the month basis. For
example every third Wednesday
afternoon of the month from 2pm to 4pm. Or for
example every second Thursday
night of the month from 7pm to 11pm.
Q) If I need to extend my allocated Studio Time occasionally can I
do so?
A) Yes. Subject to Studio availability and
we will give you a 20% discount off
our usual Hourly Rates for the additional
hour or hours.

Studio Lighting Equipment such as your Elinchrom
Lights,
Triggers, Brollies, Reflectors, Soft Boxes, Snoots, Back Drop Spreaders,
Coloured
Gels as well as the use of your Props and your
Main Studio Facilities included in
your Guaranteed Studio Time Rental Plan?
A) Yes.
Q) How do I pay?
A) We will collect your monthly payment for you
by Credit or Debit Card or Amex
on the first of each month or shortly thereafter.

Our USUAL STUDIO HIRE
RATES on a one off
or random basis including
Elinchrom
Lights, Triggers, Brollies, Reflectors, various sized Soft Boxes
including a 1.8 Metre Octa Soft Box, Snoots, Back Drop Spreaders,
Coloured Gels and the use of our Props and all our Main Studio facilities
are as follows:
Weekdays:
£25 per hour.
Evenings
and Weekends: £30 per hour.
Two hour
Bookings: Are at the above hourly rates.
Three Hour
Bookings: First two hours at the full rate above with the third at
half price.
Four Hour
Bookings: First three hours at the full rate above with the fourth
on us for free.
Day Rates
(9 to 5 or 10 to 6): Twice the Four Hour Bookings Rate above.
Alternative
lighting available for you to hire at an additional £10 per hour on the same
terms as our Studio Hire Rates is as follows:
3 Broncolor
Lights with Pulso Heads plus Snoots and Soft Boxes.

Ellistrip Hazy
Light Strips with Flooters and Broncolor Pulso 4 and 8 (3200j and 6400j)
Power Packs. Each Light Strip being mounted on an Ellistand column
stand with casters and a platform for the Power Packs. Blue,
Green, Red and Opaque White
Colour Filters are also available. The
Power Packs are available for you to use separately with your own
lights if you so wish.

Note: A 50% deposit
is required for all Studio Hire Bookings
at the
time of Booking or at least 7 days before the date of the Studio
