We are proud to offer you what we feel are the best and most flexible, adaptable, friendly
and relaxed Photographic and Video
Production Studio Facilities in the
Yorkshire Region. If not the North of England.
Here at 'The Unit Studios' our space is your space
for all of your Photographic and Video Production needs. Whether your
needs are for Commercial Photography including a vehicle or large
groups of people, Portrait Photography of small or large Family
Groups, Model Portfolio Shoots or TFP/CD Shoots.
In fact you name it and we
feel we have the facilities to accommodate your needs. If not we will
do our utmost to provide them for you.
Based in a spacious fully equipped 2,500 square foot Professional Photographic
Studio Facility in Wombwell, Barnsley,
South Yorkshire. With an open plan and spacious ground floor area of
over 2,000 square feet. With easy and
convenient Wheelchair access to all the main ground floor Studio
Areas through our 10 foot wide by 12 foot high Roller Door.
Our Studios are situated in a medium size
Industrial Estate with lots of free parking and easy access to from
all areas of the North of England. Being just 15 minutes from the M1
or 20 Minutes from the A1M.
So whether you are a Professional, Commercial,
Semi Professional or Amateur Photographer requiring the use of
flexible, adaptable, friendly and relaxed Studio Facilities. We will
have the Studio Facilities to fit with your requirements including the
free use of our Wi Fi Broadband if required.
Please remember that ALL our Studio facilities
detailed on this page and those on Studio Hire Facility Pages One,
Two, Three and Four are available for your use along with all our
general facilities when you hire our Studios.
So if a group of Photographers
wanted to hire our Studios for an entire afternoon, evening or day
along with a Model or Models from our
Model Register they could share the cost between them thereby
making it very economical for each Photographer.

Following is a brief summary and pictures of all
of the facilities you will have at your
disposal when you hire 'The Unit Studios' for your Photography or
Video work. All of these facilities are available for you to use when
you hire our Studios. Whether as a single Photographer or small group
of Photographers or a Video Production Producer.

Studio Facility One.
The White High Key Infinity Coving.
A 24 foot wide, 12 foot deep and 16 foot high
White High Key Infinity Cove. This being large enough to easily
accommodate large groups of people, a Car or a medium size Commercial
Vehicle. With direct vehicular access to the White High Key Infinity
Cove through a 10 foot wide by 12 foot high Roller Door.

Our Studio Facilities also provide you with full kitchen
and refreshment facilities,
Chill Out and Lounge Rooms and a large
Studio Dressing/Make Up Room
and two Toilets. The Studio Dressing/Make
Up Room and Studio Toilet both have Wheelchair access and the Studio Toilet also has it's
own
Shower Cubicle.
There is also direct access between the Studio
Dressing/Make Up Room and the Studio Toilet with it's Shower Cubicle. The Roller Door also providing easy and
convenient Wheelchair access to all the main ground floor Studio
Areas.
Also available are Models to suit the majority of types and styles of Shoots and
Video Productions. Who can be booked through ourselves for your Shoot

If you are a Semi Professional or Amateur
Photographer you may also wish to discuss incorporating your Hire of
our Studios along with our One on One Training and Guidance courses
for working with and posing Models and/or Lighting Techniques etc. Or
attending similar courses as part of a group where we provide the Model(s) along with our Studio Facilities.
The rates
to hire our Studios including all available facilities are fully
detailed below along with the discounts that are available.
Week Days:
Between 9am and 6pm
£20 per hour. Minimum Booking of 2 Hours.
Or £70 for a full
morning 9am to 1pm. (4 hours).
Or £70 for a full
afternoon 2pm to 6pm. (4 hours)
Or £120 for a full
week day 9am to 6pm. (9 hours)
Or £170 for a full
week day and evening 9am to 11pm. (14 hours)
Evenings and
Weekend Days:
£25 per hour.
Minimum Booking of 2 Hours.
Or £85 for a full
morning 9am to 1pm. (4 hours)
Or £85 for a full
afternoon 2pm to 6pm. (4 hours)
Or £85 for a full
evening 7pm to 11pm. (4 hours)
Or £150 for a full
weekend day 9am to 6pm. (9 hours)
Or £210 for a full
weekend day and evening 9am to 11pm. (14 hours)
Booking times are of
course flexible subject to availability
and demand.
All the above prices
are subject to VAT. However if you or your Company are not VAT
Registered there is a 10% Discount.
Why not become a
Member of our Studio Hire
Club at just £50 per annum or £5 a month and receive a 10% Discount on the
Studio Hire prices above no matter how many times or for how for
long you book our Studios*.
Any and all
Discounts are cumulative. e.g. If you are not VAT Registered and are
a Studio Hire Club Member your Discount will be 20%.
*Studio Hire Club
Membership: If you join annually at the time of Booking your Studio
Hire or at the time of your Hire you will immediately become a
Member and be immediately eligible for your 10% discount. The £50 Annual Membership includes VAT.
Monthly Membership starts on the first day of the next month after
requesting Membership and the 10% Discount applies as of
commencement of your Monthly Membership and thereafter while ever
your Monthly Membership continues. The £5 pm Membership includes VAT and is payable on the
first of each month by Debit or Credit Card or American Express and
will automatically be collected by ourselves unless we are notified
otherwise. Our
none VAT registered 10% discount does not apply to Studio Hire Club
Membership Subscriptions.

Note: A 20% deposit
is required for all Studio Hire Bookings
at the
time of Booking or at least 7 days before the date of the Studio
Hire. Your deposit can
be paid by
Cheque, Cash, Postal Order or Credit or Debit Card or American
Express.
